One of the juveniles was suspected of having a firearm and was detained by police. Roughly a dozen bystanders, including adults, became confrontational.
Multiple people complained to police about their tactics, “Are you gunna pepper spray these kids?”

I will not shed a tear for the @DCStreetcar It was expensive and it was poorly thought out. $220 million to build + operating expenses over the years. It was not a transportation project, it was a vanity project.
