built a thing: img·dither turn any photo into retro dither art — Bayer grids, halftone, crosshatch, duotone. Game Boy preset is my personal fav. runs in your browser, no upload, free img-dither.celeroncoder.com

@theo @PeterHolc had a issue with using the grok provider with grok 4.5 i created a new worktree but when i did the task it did the work in the original repo isntead of doing it in the worktree. not sure if this is a grok problem or t3 code specific.

I don't remember the last time I saw anyone who's not related to @theo on my timeline. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

Infrastructure as Code is solved. There's no longer any excuse for a service not to have it. Here's a walkthrough of Alchemy's automated flywheel that generated 100% coverage for both AWS and Cloudflare. 1000s of Resources and Bindings, zero slop.

Just landed some really, really dumb changes to T3 Code that reduce GPU utilization by ~85%. LLMs failed to find any of them. Both Fable and gpt-5.6 kept getting caught on things that didn't matter. Most weren't even in the render path! They had all the tools they needed, but they got too distracted by the code to solve the real issues. I did get them to be helpful. I had gpt-5.6 write me a super useful script I could paste into the console to enable/disable the CSS features I assumed were pegging the gpu. After a long process of elimination, I identified tailwind class `animate-pulse` + a blur + a grain layer in the bg as the root cause. Fable and Sol didn't do my job, but they did end up helping.

@LukeDiebold @theo Yeah, exactly. I prefer worktrees in a sidebar like t3Code, but I also really like the look of these tabs

@celeroncoder @theo I think I might agree. The current layout *really* works for me because my worktrees act as a kind of "todo list". And sometimes something in that todo list will have multiple sessions running.

@celeroncoder i should add - it's just for generative stuff at the moment. the api is still in beta and doesn't fully support all of the main tools - still working on that

New idea. Instead of telling people what Logo Lattice can do... I'm just going to see what I can build in one minute. Day 1: Modern AI startup logo If I can't make something I'd actually ship, I'll post the failures too.
Luke@ldo_dev

Making the logo should be the easy part. Shipping it should be just as easy. Design. Export. Drop it into your app. Refresh. Done. That tiny moment where everything just works never gets old. That's what I'm building Logo Lattice for

Six months ago, I started building Rams as one of the first design skills (77k+ installs) for coding agents. Today, I’m launching the biggest update yet: Rams MCP. The full Rams engine now runs inside your agent: 194 design rules, 8 categories, real 0–100 scores, file:line findings, and fixes before commit.
