Texas Attorney General @KenPaxtonTX offered Adam Hoffman a plea deal reducing the charges to two Class A misdemeanors: indecent assault of a child and displaying harmful material to a minor. The initial plea recommended 30 days in jail. The Judge, troubled by the deal, doubled it to 60 days in county jail. Hoffman began serving it in late April 2026 and has been nearing completion.
