When #Shotcaller gets invited to a @womenspeakCRE photoshoot at @AvivaRealEstate Warehouse in Denver… I always understand the assignment! My dream photoshoot is with scaffolding- never dared to dream there would be some at the warehouse. Otherwise I would not have been in head to toe white. But there it was when I walked in. Parking .... Interesting parking options here in LA. In a parking garage in Beverly Hills, they park cars back to back and take your keys in case they need to move yours to let the other guy out! There are parking attendants on every row. Parking for 2 hours was only $3.00. I'm curious to know the Economics. There were at least 20 parking attendants. The Parking fee was not expensive ? Who knows about this ?

Sat on the most amazing AI 101 panel with my PropTech sisters @MJLimsiaco and @emilyincre and talked about @DealGroundCRE, a killer proptech start-up I'm advising (dm for more info) Caught up with so many friends - here is a pic from my friend @Bethazor1 of just a handful of the amazing women at the summit!

At LAX - flight delayed, but I still can't contain my excitement for @GlobeStcom Women of Influence! Days of inspiration and learning ahead. Cannot wait for my session on AI literacy and to catch-up with the best women in the business! I'm coming for you Denver!
