- 100+ grams of protein daily
- Working out 3x week
- Less booze & carbs
- Hungry? Drink water. Still hungry? Eat quality food

I’m Zach Molzer, founder of Molzer Development: A Kansas City based multifamily development company.
I’m born and raised in KC, and after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, I started working with an owner/ operator overseeing acquisitions, capital raising, project management, etc.
I left and started my own development company in March of 2024, and immediately jumped in to an unbelievable project; The Aladdin Redevelopment.
I’ve assembled quite the team to get this project across the finish line, including my dawgs from Free Heel Capital (@scrappyminnow & @lien_hunter) & @DietCoke82 from Cardinal Crest.
I’m stoked to be redeveloping this 100 year old gorgeous building into apartments over the next ~24 months, while also exploring other development opportunities.
When I’m not geeking out over buildings, you’ll find me with my 5th grade teacher girlfriend, on the golf course, exploring KC & beyond and having a hell of a lot of fun.
