@tonywmiller Run the 3 man weave every single practice for 3 minutes. Demand a certain amount of makes. Demand full speed passing and catching. Maybe for 3 mins Demand perfection. I promise you won't be upset with your results.

As a coach, are you: Naturally more aggressive (pressure D, fast break, trap, etc)? Or naturally more conservative (gap D, ball security, efficient shots, etc)? 💭⬇️

@Toohey_sp There is a ton of research that concurs with your idea about sleep. But, exercise before the school day also has great benefits based on the research. Can we do both, promote healthy sleep and get up and be active early?

High school athletes should only be training before school if there’s no other choice. Teenagers need as much sleep as possible. 6 a.m. lifts for the sake of toughness: ▪️Makes kids tired, not tough ▪️Forces athletes to train under less than ideal circumstances

@LeVelleMoton @ESOTERICTalia Coach @LeVelleMoton does the NCAA still have the scholarship matching program for athletes? They used to match for a year if you exhausted your eligibility and didn't graduate. I got a few kids graduated that way.
