After buying her son a car worth UGX 350 million, Namyalo went on to purchase another ML worth UGX 135 million for a TikToker known as True Leader. just a few days ago, True Leader was seen on TikTok openly abusing Gen. @mkainerugaba. Now you can clearly see whose interests he is serving. This kind of misuse of government money is beyond comprehension, and on top of misusing it, you go ahead and hire TikTokers to abuse the one fighting corruption. Muli basiru banange 🙌

Just a reminder that Hajjat Namyalo bought this car for UGX 350 million as a birthday gift for her son when he turned five years old. At the same time, remember how staff at ONC were protesting over lack of facilitation during the presidential campaigns?

Winstone Katushabe controls the transport and works ecosystem. He is untouchable. I think Minister Gen. Katumba fears him like a bullet. He is the most feared civil servant and king of dirty games by far. I don’t think there is anyone in M7 regime who can shake Katushabe.

@TonyNatif Why wait for the Government when you already instituted the Private prosecution case against him? It seems you have all the evidence against him, why wait?

Uganda has taken 3 full days to swear in newly elected MPs. They have 556 MPs in total for a population of 50M. The current chamber can only hold a maximum of 180 MPs. The level of stupidity in Africa is astronomical

@amronaldo @Tom_Magambo @CID1_UG @IGGUganda Interdiction/ suspension is a lawful and acceptable practice world wide. Contrary to your flawed opinion, it is not a punishment. Get a lawyer to help you as socia media will not help you at all.

So according to your interpretation of a fair hearing someone must first be punished and then submit evidence? For what purpose? A fair hearing is meant to precede any disciplinary action, not follow it. What happened to me was not a warning; it was an abuse of power. He took action without giving me the opportunity to defend myself, which is a direct violation of the right to be heard. So I genuinely don’t understand what you are arguing for. A fair hearing is not optional. It is the minimum standard for lawful decision‑making. This is basic administrative law which I personally studied for three months because I hold a public office. The principle of “audi alteram partem” (hear the other side) is not decorative. It is the foundation of administrative justice.

Speaking out from inside a corrupt system is at a personal cost. You lose opportunities, you lose allies, and sometimes you lose your place entirely. The price of truth is high, but the price of silence is national collapse. And history has never honoured those who kept quiet to survive. So the PS at @MoWT_Uganda has decided to interdict me without a hearing and in open violation of the Public Service Standing Orders. If that is the price of integrity, I will wear it as a badge of honour. Will it stretch me financially? Yes. Will I lose friends inside @MoWT_Uganda? For now, yes. But I fought for the life of my only child for over four years while being hunted by the same individual in that Ministry, and my son still went to be with the Lord. So believe me when I this is not the hardest battle I’ve faced. Not even close. It will not stop me. It will not silence me. If anything, it proves just how much work remains in the fight against institutional rot. Silence and intimidation is what has let this cancer that is corruption permeate every part of our country @KagutaMuseveni @mkainerugaba @IGGUganda @CID1_UG @ODPPUGANDA you three need to reflect on your roles in entrenching corruption in this country.

@amronaldo Were you not implicated by the IGG for abuse of office? You claim to be a corruption activist but you are just hiding your own dirt. You @amronaldo are a corrupt civil servant with no clean records or hands. We the public don't buy your deception.

I am a Civil Servant with 26 years of service. Using the existing legal framework under the Whistleblowers Protection Act, 2010, I reported corruption within my Ministry to the Inspector General of Government on 22nd November 2022 and later to the Criminal Investigations Directorate in May 2023. Following these disclosures, one of the Ministers in the Ministry of Works and Transport openly stated that I would be “benched” for reporting my superiors to the IGG. Despite my persistence, including repeated follow‑ups with both CID and the Directorate of Public Prosecutions, no meaningful action has been taken. If Civil Servants who dare to whistle blow are punished and sidelined for years, what incentive remains for others to act in defense of integrity? I am 70% certain that my interdiction was orchestrated under ministerial instruction, possibly reinforced by external officials misled into believing I am merely a rebellious officer. Instead I was interdicted. Which in itself is illegal. This narrative is false. For 20 years of service, no one ever accused me of insubordination, incompetence, or rebellion. On the contrary, I consistently ranked among the highest‑performing Civil Servants, until the moment I began questioning the misuse of money and the abuse of power. So PO 002 one of the best ways you can kick off this term by showing commitment, arrest the person I reported. Prosecute him. I will bring you 50 Witnesses. Senior High Level Staff in the Ministry. Otherwise this will just be another term of lip service
UBC UGANDA@ubctvuganda

To multiply a country’s economy tenfold, you need at least energy and infrastructure. In each of those critical areas, the performance of the Ugandan state is characterized by gross incompetence. I do not see how we can achieve that - @AndrewMwenda #UBCBehindtheHeadlines
