There is one area where council did excellent work at enabling loads more housing: Harbour Landing. And people (councillors included) have not stopped complaining about that ever since.

Was thinking today about all the housing I've seen council kill. Or make more expensive. I never thought of keeping a list until now. But I expect it would be very long.
