KIPCHUMBA MURKOMEN, E.G.H@kipmurkomen

As the first administration to establish and roll out, on its own volition, a framework to recognize and compensate victims of human rights violations, the Kenya Kwanza government has once again demonstrated its commitment to justice, accountability, national healing, unity and reconciliation. This morning, I joined H.E. the Deputy President Prof. @KindikiKithure and fellow leaders in State House, Nairobi, during the presentation of the report on the Framework for Reparations for Victims of Human Rights Violations to H.E. President @WilliamsRuto by the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights @HakiKNCHR We commend KNCHR for the comprehensive report, and welcome recommendations to enact a reparation law and the operationalization of Article 37 of the Constitution to provide a clear legislative framework for demonstrations, picketing, and public assemblies. As a Ministry, we commit ourselves to the full implementation of the report, including continuous training and retraining of our security officers on human rights, constitutionalism, and professional conduct. We also call upon fellow citizens to observe the law as they exercise their rights to assembly, demonstrations and picketing.

I don’t think these people understand how idiotic this kind of system is. It just means that the kind of research that is funded in this country is almost entirely driven by external demand and not the development and social imperatives of this country. But of course this won’t register in these peoples minds.
Mumbi.@miss_mumbzk

Professors and researchers are forced to go look for their own funding to conduct research and fund their own salaries, but what you want to invest in is a stadium?

Better go and get your degrees up as a woman. Stop posturing for people who don’t care about you. Your ability to cook or clean is useless in the real world unless you re making money with it. GO TO SCHOOL

once you cut people out of your life, you need to become very comfortable with them talking bad and making things up about you. bc they will fill your silence and your absence with stories that make them feel better about losing access to you. people rarely take accountability when it’s easier to paint you as the villain.

Facts everyone is ignoring: 1. The Arabs are more racist than the Europeans. 2. Until the African continent gets better, no black person anywhere in the world no matter how successful you are will be respected or seen as an equal to the white man. 3. Isreal is the problem. They’ve always been. Whether you vote democrat or republican, Tory or Labour, Reform or Restore, they all serve the interests of the zionist entity. Your vote is useless. 4. African Leaders contribute 95% to the failure and nonfunctioning of the African economies. Majority are thieves, puppets of the imperial west, old and visionless crooks. 5. China is positioned to become the world hegemon by 2050. If the world is still here in one piece. The USA will never go to war with China. They’ll lose in 2 weeks unless it goes nuclear, then we are all dead. 6. The British Empire is responsible for 70% of the world’s problems due to its colonial past. There’s no single problem anywhere in the world that you can’t find their trace. It’s also the most successful empire in the history of the world. 7. Islam will dominate the world by 2090. This is because, liberal woke ideology will take over the west, Christianity will virtually be overtaken by the woke left. Many people will just become agnostic or atheists. Islam will be the only last masculine group left to defend the honor of men and women. 8. Elon Musk will venture into weapons manufacturing and he will become the world’s number one weapons manufacturer. 9. IQ is a skewed metric against the third world. It has nothing to do with race, it’s about environment, and its impacts on a child’s growth. Literacy rates are low because the third world hasn’t gotten the basics right; thanks to the imperial west and their puppet governments they have installed. If you want to see this play out, look at sports, it’s dominated by black and brown people, look at scholarship students who study in the West, they are the best, they outcompete and outperform everyone else. 10. Don’t ever forget #3.

You are just a small brained reptile , let me educate you.... Comparing a compulsory housing levy used to finance capital asset construction with education fees is intellectually careless. Schools and universities charge fees as part of an ongoing service delivery model where costs are shared across operations, staffing, and maintenance. In contrast, the housing levy is a mandatory capital accumulation mechanism where workers fund land development and construction upfront yet are still required to re-enter the market as buyers of the finished product. That is not cost-sharing; it is forced double participation in the same value chain.

Can we get a clear explanation why schools and universities built on public land, with teachers/lecturers earning salaries from public taxes, still charge school fees? You are becoming too daft, Otieno wa Jimmy.

A heartbroken elderly Albanian man says Jared Kushner has taken everything he spent a lifetime building, including his land, his home, and the future he hoped to leave behind for his children. He says he returned home one day only to find his property sealed off behind barbed wire, with men in black uniforms standing guard and refusing to let him step inside the house he once called his own. In a single moment, he says, the life he had worked for was gone. “It was the end of the world. The end of the world.” “I felt imprisoned.” “They took my freedom.” “They took my livelihood.” “They took my land.”
