Yes. Under the 1948 UN Genocide Convention, genocide requires acts (like killing members of a group) committed with specific intent to destroy that group—in whole or in part—based on national, ethnic, racial, or religious identity. Hamas's October 7 attack killed ~1,200 people, mostly Jewish Israeli civilians, through deliberate massacres at kibbutzim and a music festival. Their 1988 charter, leadership statements, and targeting patterns show intent to destroy Jews/Israelis as such. Multiple legal analyses conclude this meets the definition, though no court has issued a genocide conviction (ICC charges include extermination as a crime against humanity).

Trump and his Zionist backers intentionally used “mass deportations” as bait to get White people to vote for him so that he could take us to war in Iran. This is the conceit of Republican politics— using Right Wing culture war to conscript voters to back the special interests.

I love every one of your propaganda charts. Most of what you’re calling returns are either contractor revenue or strategic benefits for the empire. That’s not the same thing as material benefit to the average American. I’m anti imperialist, you’re not gonna sway me with a military satellite state benefiting the military cog in this country that has done nothing but gotten so many of us dead or fucked up for the benefits of a select few and that satellite state. Intelligence value was my favorite one though. Yeah, you can’t see it, you can’t measure it, but trust us, it’s worth billions. It lives in the same neighborhood as Bigfoot and unicorns. Your propaganda is gross and obvious.

If you believe that Israel is held to the same standard as any other country on planet earth, you are mentally challenged. If you think it’s ok to hold the only Jewish state to a different standard than any other country on planet earth, you are morally challenged. Questions?

Wrong. Your analogy makes zero sense. AIPAC here is not the car salesman but rather the customer buying a car because he believes he’ll get something out of it. When I say it’s a great return, the idea is that the aid to Israel has a great return for America. See this wonderful summary that I’m sure you will love 😂

Who benefits? “The people spending the money say they do.” That’s beautiful. That’s like asking a used car salesman if the car’s good and he goes, “yup, never had an issue, damn near mint” and you take him at his word. Of course they say it’s a great return. If it wasn’t, they wouldn’t be paying for it. That doesn’t make it America’s interest, that makes it their self interest at the benefit of a foreign nation. Hmm… Acting in the United States on behalf of a foreign nation. Lobbying or influencing U.S. policy. Shaping public opinion through media and public relations and representing foreign interests before officials. That’s not a PAC, that’s a foreign agent waiving the flag of the United States of Israel. Appreciate ya confirming what we already knew 😘

You keep misunderstanding what I’m saying, I understand that not all Americans think a strong alliance with Israel is a good thing or that we should give them any aid. These Americans don’t donate to AIPAC. Other Americans think it is beneficial for the US to have a strong alliance with Israel, so some of them do donate to AIPAC. Who benefits? The Americans that comprise AIPAC would tell you that America gets a very strong return on investment on the $3.8B in annual aid to Israel. That’s the whole thing.

Congrats, you can say Americans in all caps. That doesn’t answer anything. You’re pretending someone paid for it means it’s in the national interest. By that logic every lobby, every donor class, every conflicting agenda is all magically America’s interest’ at the same time. The question you keep dodging is simple, who benefits from the policy?

@frankleehowe @HilzFuld Yes the policies of the political candidates align with the Americans who give their own money to support their campaigns via a PAC. Congrats you discovered what a PAC is.

Exactly, it buys candidates who agree with a specific foreign policy outcome. That’s the part you keep pretending is not that deep. Unfortunately it is deeper than you’re pretending. Because the next question is do those policies align with the American people (not an individual, the collective, which you’ve already conceded these pacs are not necessarily aligned with the collective, but rather the individual) or do they align with a foreign nations interests? If it’s consistently the later, it starts looking less like advocacy and more like acting as a foreign agent…. Which is why Kennedy was going to have them register under FARA…. Before he was conveniently killed, and then those particular organizations rebranded. Just because you’re as shallow as a kiddy pool, doesn’t mean everything is bud.
