Can we dismantle this sitting government?? Or I genuinely doubt. If things continue the way they are, he will simply rig his way back into office in 2027 and nothing will happen. Nigerians are too docile, and we remain deeply divided along ethnic and religious lines. Yes, I will gladly donate to support @PeterObi's campaign, but campaigns alone are not enough. There must be sustained pressure on @inecnigeria and all institutions responsible for ensuring free, fair, and credible elections. If the current situation remains unchanged, then the 2027 election may already be decided long before Nigerians cast their votes.

We do not need consensus. What Nigerians need is a free, fair, transparent, and credible election. If that is guaranteed, common sense and the will of the people will prevail. Beyond electoral manipulation, both President Tinubu and Atiku Abubakar face significant political challenges heading into 2027. They know it, and Nigerians know it. The real contest should be about competence, credibility, and the ability to move the nation forward. For many Nigerians, Peter Obi remains the preferred candidate. Millions are prepared to support him with their votes, resources, and grassroots mobilisation when the time comes. While some governors may choose to endorse other candidates, no governor has the legitimate authority to dictate how citizens should vote. The power ultimately belongs to the people. The 2027 election should not be about tribe, ethnicity, or religion. It should not be about whether a candidate is Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, or from any other ethnic group. It must be about choosing the individual best equipped to restore economic stability, strengthen institutions, improve security, and return Nigeria to a path of progress. The current administration has been judged by many Nigerians as having fallen short of expectations. The solution is not division or political intimidation, but allowing the people to freely decide their future at the ballot box. Let every vote count. Let every voice be heard. Let the people decide.

Politics of Nigeria presidency might not be as you think, no genuine Igbo will definitely not want onye Igbo to become president as of today, But the question remain, how do you find a common consensus from all parts of the country to make the said onye Igbo president? Nigeria is a complex country, no type of emotions will make one a president without careful plan and long strategy

I heard from the social media that ADC has picked its vice presidential candidate from the South-South. If this is true, it is unfortunate, as this will continue the crude marginalisation of the South-East. This Geo-Political Zone has neither produced a President or Vice President since 1999. To deny the South-East the opportunity to produce the President or Vice President in ADC in 2027 will amount to perpetuating the marginalisation. The ADC was founded by Ralphs Nwosu from the South-East in 2005. He made the sacrifice to give up the party in 2025 for the coalition to usher in a better Nigeria. He couldn't have made that sacrifice to marginalise his own people. I did not join the coalition to assist in the further marginalisation of my own people. I am of the opinion that if we made a sacrifice to give up the National Chairman and the President, it will amount to unpardonable injustice to deny us the Vice President in 2027. I joined politics to fight for a better Nigeria where no region, Geo-Political Zone, or person will be marginalised. The only favour I asked Atiku Abubakar, who openly declared that he is the pathway to the presidency of the South-East, is to show it by choosing someone from the South-East to be his Vice. If it is confirmed that he has chosen a candidate from the South-South, I wish him well. I am not favourably disposed to campaigning for any presidential ticket that does not have a person of South-East origin as President or Vice in 2027.

This is the kind of message Nigeria needs to hear. Integrity, competence, discipline, productivity, and responsible leadership are the values that build prosperous nations. That is why many Nigerians continue to see Peter Obi as the most credible choice for President. He has consistently demonstrated discipline, technical know-how, prudent management of resources, and a clear understanding of how economies grow through production rather than consumption. Nigeria needs a leader who can inspire enterprise, restore confidence, and put the nation on the path of sustainable development. Peter Obi remains that choice. A New Nigeria is POssible.

Sustainable Success Is Built on Competence, Integrity, Discipline and hardworking. On Saturday, I had the privilege of interacting with young entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, and members of the emerging generation at the This Generation Conference hosted by Summit Bible Church in Abuja. Our discussion focused on what it takes to thrive in the marketplace despite prevailing economic challenges. I shared insights from my years in business and public service, emphasizing that sustainable success is built on integrity, competence, discipline, and a commitment to creating value for society. I reminded participants that no nation develops by consumption alone. Nations progress when their citizens are productive, innovative, and committed to excellence. Our young people must resist the temptation of shortcuts and instead embrace education, skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership. The future of Nigeria depends largely on the quality of leadership and enterprise this generation is willing to build. We must move from a culture of sharing poverty to one of creating prosperity through production, innovation, and responsible governance. I left encouraged by the energy, intelligence, and determination of the young people I met. Their questions, ideas, and aspirations reaffirmed my belief that Nigeria’s greatest resource remains her people. Together, through hard work, integrity, and purposeful leadership, we can build the New Nigeria that is POssible. -PO

Dear beloved sports-loving Nigerian youths, After watching the performances of Davido, Burna Boy, and Rema at the opening of the 2026 World Cup—at a time when Nigeria, the giant of Africa, is absent—I felt a measure of consolation. This was reinforced by the fact that many Nigerians playing for clubs worldwide are representing other countries. Felix Nmecha, for instance, set a record by scoring the fastest goal at six minutes for Germany. I write to you therefore, knowing that this country belongs to you, the youth. You are more of stakeholders in Nigeria’s future than I am. I am 64 years old; by God’s grace, much of my journey is behind me, while yours lies ahead. It is therefore imperative that you rise to the challenge by obtaining your PVC, your most powerful tool for driving the change you desire. In the last three years alone, over 15 million Nigerians have turned 18—enough to decide who becomes President, Governor, Senator, Member of the House, or Local Government Chairman. Indeed, enough to shape the nation’s future. I know many of you are sceptical about politics and political parties. I understand why, but scepticism must not become surrender. You do not need to belong to any party or wait for anyone to organise you. Organise yourselves in your streets, campuses, communities, workplaces, churches, mosques, and social groups. Mobilise, debate, demand accountability, and take part in choosing those you wish to entrust with leadership. If you are organised and wish to hear directly from me, invite me. I will come and share my plans for you and our nation. Do not sit on the sidelines while others decide your future. I appeal to you to register and vote. Your vote can shape who becomes the next President of our country. My young friends, this is your country. Take it back. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

If this report is accurate, every democrat and lover of constitutional democracy in Nigeria should be concerned. A healthy democracy thrives on competition, not the systematic weakening of opposition voices. Whether you support APC, PDP, NDC, ADC, Labour Party, or any other political platform, the right of citizens to freely organise and contest elections must be protected. Any action that significantly narrows the political space risks increasing tension, deepening distrust, and creating unnecessary volatility in our political system ahead of 2027. Looking back, Peter Obi's decision to move away from ADC may prove to have been a politically prudent one. A vibrant democracy requires credible alternatives and strong opposition, not a situation where the ruling party appears to face little meaningful challenge. I call on all well-meaning Nigerians to remain vigilant, participate in the democratic process, obtain their PVCs, and make their voices heard through the ballot box. As for me, I remain convinced that Peter Obi offers the discipline, competence, technical capacity, and leadership needed to move Nigeria in a new direction. In a democracy, the people decide. Let the people choose.

The reasoning of some people is absolutely baffling. What was APC before it defeated the PDP and took over power? Political change is a normal part of democracy. For decades, Igbos voted for candidates from other regions and ethnic groups, including Obasanjo, Yar'Adua, and Jonathan, without making ethnicity the issue. The moment many Igbos rallied behind Peter Obi, a candidate widely seen as competent, disciplined, and credible, some people suddenly began pushing the narrative that an Igbo person can never become President. Ironically, APC, the party currently in power, has had numerous prominent Igbo politicians since its inception. What tangible political reward has the South East received from that loyalty? Yet, some still find ways to diminish and marginalise the aspirations of an entire region. Every Nigerian has the constitutional right to support the candidate of their choice. As for us, our position is clear. Come 2027, our choice remains Peter Obi. We will campaign for him, mobilise for him, and contribute our time and resources to his cause because we believe in his vision for a better Nigeria. Peter Obi is our choice. No mistake about it.

It's high time Chelsea stopped focusing solely on signing young players who are still developing and started targeting proven, established talent. The current project simply isn't working. Over the past four years, billions have been spent with very little to show for it. Too many players are signed, sent out on loan, and then sold when they return. That cycle isn't helping the team progress. If Xabi Alonso is to succeed, he needs the right tools solid, experienced, and reliable players who can make an immediate impact. Chelsea should focus on adding quality and leadership to the squad rather than just potential. And personally, I'd love to see the club sign another left-back with the quality and consistency of Cucurella.

This is what leadership looks like. While many focus on politics, Peter Obi continues to engage global leaders and institutions on issues that matter to Nigeria's future. Nigeria needs leaders who can build strategic partnerships, attract investment, strengthen governance, and create opportunities for its people. These engagements show preparation, vision, and a commitment to placing Nigeria at the centre of global conversations. A New Nigeria is POssible. :::

In continuation of my quest to deepen knowledge and impact positively on our society, yesterday June 10th, in London, I held a series of important engagements, including a fruitful meeting with Alex Vines, Director of the Africa Programme at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR). Our discussions focused on strengthening strategic relationships and fostering a deeper understanding of Africa’s evolving role in global affairs. It was emphasized that Africa must no longer be viewed merely through the prism of statistics or humanitarian concern, but as a serious and equal partner in shaping the future global order, much like India, Indonesia, and other emerging centres of influence. During our engagement, it became increasingly clear that Africa, and Nigeria in particular, must be placed at the centre of international conversations on partnership, trade, governance, innovation, and sustainable development. Constructive dialogue and mutual respect remain essential to building meaningful cooperation between Africa and the international community. A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO

Kenneth Okonkwo's latest outburst appears less about facts and more about sustaining a personal vendetta against Peter Obi. Politics is not a church service. Every political party, from Nigeria to the United States, has disputes arising from primaries. Aspirants complain, some allege unfair treatment, others claim they were shortchanged after investing time and resources. These are common occurrences in political contests and are not unique to any party or candidate. Even assuming, without conceding, that someone was asked to contribute financially during a political process, what exactly is the offence? Political campaigns and party activities require funding. More importantly, the individual at the centre of the allegation has publicly clarified that Peter Obi was not personally involved. At no point in the alleged exchanges was Peter Obi directly implicated. What is troubling is the constant attempt to drag Peter Obi's name into every controversy, regardless of the facts. If there is a genuine legal dispute, let the courts determine the facts. Resorting to threats about revealing confidential information acquired while serving as a spokesperson raises serious ethical questions and does little to strengthen any argument. At this point, one must ask: who truly benefits from this endless cycle of distractions? While Nigerians are worried about insecurity, rising hunger, unemployment, inflation, and the tragic abduction of schoolchildren, some individuals seem determined to keep social media focused on personalities instead of national issues. Nigerians should not be distracted. Let Kenneth Okonkwo and Peter Obi resolve any legal matters through the proper channels. Our focus should remain on holding those in power accountable and demanding solutions to the real challenges facing the country. The lives and welfare of Nigerians matter far more than social media drama.

It has been brought to my notice that there is a letter circulating online from the hypocrite, Peter Obi, and his Lawyers that I should pay him N5b. Hahaha! If Peter Obi is looking for money to campaign, he should privately ask me for assistance, not come from extortion, and I will help him. I did so when I was his Spokesperson paying for my flight tickets and booking for my hotel accommodation to some of our campaigns. I have not read the letter. Let me sound this note of warning, the Lawyers must take responsibility for any information I may have to divulge, which I acquired as a spokesperson, but which by my conscience I have not shared with anyone. My principle is that I do not use any confidential information I share with anyone against the person except the person who becomes unintelligent enough to tow the line of foolishness. Anyone who decides to sue his former Spokesperson for defamation is indeed very unwise. I will reply to the letter whenever I have the time to read it later in the day. Please send it here if you have it. It will be a shame to Peter Obi and his Lawyers if they do not take this case to court. I don't have time or patience for scammers. According to Obunike Ohaegbu, "I am Obunike Ohaegbu, aspirant for Nnewi North/Nnewi South Ekwusigo Federal Constituency and I am saying that I was scammed and the party blames PO."
