You've touched on a tactic of woke, that's an explanation of Equity, there are many tactics. Woke is a worldview that is constructed out of criticism of current western systems with the goal of rendering it useless in order to replace it, this is why it tends to have no solutions other than more communism/fascism. The reason why hatred of groups falls into woke (often) is because the west has typically favoured the individual while other worldviews favour groups. Hatred of a group (when Woke) likely stems from the Friend/Enemy theory which has it's roots in Nazism. (Also woke). It's not about changing the system, it's about calling it (racist, sexist, homophobic, etc) until it can be controlled, dismantled, rebuilt in the image of Marx (or whoever you like).
