"Death to the IDF" is apparently more controversial than the IDF's daily slaughter of men, women, and children.

Never thought even even in my most cynical days that I'd have to witness a world as horrifically dystopic as this.

I am anti war. I will always remain anti war. I also detest bigots, jingoists & armchair 'precision bombers.' War brings death, grief, starvation, esp to the poor. The military industrial corporate complex is the ONLY beneficiary of war. It won't bring justice. #India #Kashmir

🚨Netanyahu is sabotaging the ceasefire deal by changing the terms of the agreement last minute! Bibi is demanding: 1- The IDF does NOT reduce its presence in the Philadelphia corridor in phase 1 or withdraw by day 50 (the exact opposite of the agreement) 2- No end to the war until Hamas agrees to Israel “achieving the war’s objectives” of destroying Hamas as a militant group, disarming Gaza, & deposing the local gov (in other words that Hamas dismantles itself or the war on Gaza continues). Both issues are NOT in the signed agreement (see below). Netanyahu is deliberately adding them last minute to ruin the ceasefire deal.

I hope people realise that the ceasefire is for the Palestinians in Gaza. Absolutely nothing changes for the rest of us in dismantling Zionism and fighting for a free Palestine. No pauses, no breaks, no rest until every inch of Palestine is free.

Glad to see that both BBMP and BWSSB are finally working together to make RT Nagar and Anandnagar an absolute nightmare to walk, drive and live in 👍🏽 Inconvenience aside, there are just so many accidents waiting to happen. @chairmanbwssb @BBMP_Cares @BBMPCOMM

India Today doing what India Today does best. Gaurav Savant emphatically read out a tweet from Modi congratulating Donald Trump, only to realise it was from a parody account

One among the millions of pains we live with: ' I came to search for the remains of my son, who had preceded me to the dawn prayer. The doctor responsible for weighing the remains handed me 23 kilos and said, "This is your son. Take him and bury him." As I carried him, I remembered the day we came back from the market together. I was carrying a heavy bag, and with all the devotion of a child, he insisted on carrying it for me. He entered the house, proud of his strength, boasting to his siblings that he carried all that weight by himself. His mother kissed him and prayed that he would grow up to be a good man. Now, my son, you are ahead of me once again, this time in a bag. But how can I convince those inside the house that it is really you who is inside it? That your laughter, which used to fill the house, your thin arms that you used to wrestle with your brothers, your head that rested in your grandmother's lap, and your feet that walked in search of water and firewood, are all now inside one bag? And when your mother asks me in a bitter Gazan accent, "Where should I go with all this blessing? Shall we share it with the neighbors?" How will I tell her that what's in the bag cannot be shared, and that 23 kilos of remains are our share of death this week? ' A Gazan recounts the death of his son.

This is brilliant! The French journalist asks #ImaneKhelif to speak in French, assuming that since France colonised Algeria, Imane must be Francophone. She told him in English that she will answer in Arabic! This deserves another medal. twitter.com/Kahlissee/stat…
