So I learned something new today: “This distinction is purely an administrative classification for the Chaplain Corps to organize religious support and demographic data; it does not impact a service member's First Amendment rights or ability to practice their faith”. I love, appreciate and support this. We are unique and different. And quite honestly, I love that our members will have Latter Day Saint Chaplains, Religious Support, and Demographic Data that aligns more purely with our beliefs. It is respectful and wonderful.
