Day 15 of the @O2 @virginmedia saga. When o2 tells you that the only escalation process is their AI complaints team, they are LYING. I was contacted today by Andi from their Executive Team.

@O2 @virginmedia day 15 and still no change. Have now been promised contact from an ‘executive team’ even though I’ve been told the only escalation is the ai complaints team - but yeah, still no contact.

@virginmedia @O2 Day 14 of not having a working phone, of having 3 counts of fraud on my account, on having people STILL trying to hack your login page, of getting no help, and my gods, I can see why you’ve been fined 28 million. And the transphobic complaints team? Chefs kiss.

@o2 have today sent me an email regarding a bill with a number that isn’t mine. Oh, one of the fraudulent numbers? Yep. So that’s still live, and my phone isn’t. Still cannot call or text or indeed receive either. I a honestly losing my mind.

So @O2’s ‘official complaints team’ keeps deadnaming me and all they have actually done is repeat back to me what I’ve already told them. Am I actually dealing with AI? I actually believe I’m dreaming, this isn’t real life.

So, @O2 allows 3 criminals to access my account, create 3 fraudulent contracts, then locks my account and bricks my phone. 2 weeks later, still not resolved. The CEO email goes directly to an AI complaints team. You’re passed around, lied to, ignored. Criminals.

@cherry_ugh @O2 I had this with Vodafone for a couple of years didn’t give an inch. In frustration I sent a small claim we settled within 24 hours of said claim.

@O2 there is fraud on my account, a new contract has been set up, a new number, I’m locked out of my account and cannot use my phone to call. So, how do I contact you?

I’ve received an email from a woman this morning that’s made me feel sick. I can’t share much until I’ve spoken to her directly - but here’s what I can say, without making her identifiable: She posted something ‘gender critical’ from a personal social media account a few weeks back. She was then doxxed - her employer’s name was published online, along with threats to “let them know” about her supposed ‘bigotry’. Now she's received a message that’s left her feeling her employer has been contacted - and that she’s being quietly warned to fall into line. This issue matters deeply to her - she’s a survivor of domestic abuse. She's also the sole earner in her household - now fearful of losing her job. It’s just sickening. And yet, so many still look away and tell themselves this is no big deal. And that women should just be more 'kind' etc

I’m only going to address this a single time. A trans identified male decided to host a space yesterday dragging me and lying about me all over the place. Making up multiple sexual rumors about me, trying to get in between my real friendships with actual women, and allowing others to say they wished that I would kill myself. All of this happened unprovoked and with someone that I’ve treated with nothing but respect & dignity throughout the years. Now he won’t stop posting about me like an obsessed drooling lunatic. The crime? The fact that I changed my mind as a woman. He claims he was against gender ideology and TRAs this whole time & that since I was a TRA, I’m a grifting piece of shit for having a different viewpoint now. The ironic part? I’ve known this person on here for a few years. They have NEVER once criticized a single post of mine when I was a TRA. They never called me out then for what they are trying to retroactively call me out for now. This is like a hipster that says that they listened to a good album first because they want to be cool, WHO GIVES A FUCK. Should have done it when I was posting about it and an actual TRA. So I don’t buy that you suddenly give a shit about what I said in the past. You were there and could have called me out left and right at the time. Plus you don’t know me like that. You don’t know my life story or my struggles or anything. You’re just another self involved man child that lives at home with his parents and who skin walks women. If you had principles, you’d live like a man since you talk so much about gender conservatism and what everyone else BUT you should be doing. Get out of your big man feelings, sir. I am not your punching bag for all of your life’s frustrations. Also, please get a job.
