Slow healing is still healing. It’s not all about big leaps forward, often it’s the small steps that are hardly noticed that end up producing the most profound results. Big wounds require patience. Old hurt responds well to gentle attention. Deep trauma does not go away quickly.

Maturity is being able to peacefully disagree without thinking the other person is terrible or thinking that all of their other views must be wrong too. Being able to process different perspectives without ego or combativeness is a real superpower.

Officially convinced that a sales background is the most valuable one for a founder. Coming from Harvard or McKinsey matters a lot less if you can’t get users, raise money, or recruit (all sales)
