@HSBC_HK Are you sure? I've been trying to use my account in the US and my transfer limits have been set to zero and I'm unable to change them. I can't use the account at all.

@HSBC_HK I can't change my daily transfer limit , which was changed for whatever reason by you. Now I can't even transfer hkd40 to someone. What the hell. That's it I 'm moving to Citibank.

@HSBC_HK I'm overseas and my limits for FPS or transfers has been reset to zero. Called long distance to Hong Kong several times but customer service over the phone is incompetent. Please help. I'm able to transfer money between my HSBC accounts only.

@UPS I've called so many times today and can't get through to someone about a package you've lost for 3 weeks. Any pointers on how to get help? Dead ends when I call and online tracking shows nothing. I've called several numbers.

Apparently, this is normal and I was supposed to expect this and the company is extremely unapologetic and condescending about it, so it's a good thing you couldn't get through to someone from H&M just so they could demean you for fun and still not ship it.

@hm So cool that you guys failed to ship my order to me, your customer service wouldn't even help and hung up on me, and my child has no halloween costume. I'm absolutely appalled and it's been a while since I've come across such terrible customer service.

@DropboxSupport I keep getting asked to check the forums, but this was a glitch on your end. My capacity suddenly was reduced. This also happened to someone else I knew randomly and they said Dropbox fixed it immediately for him. I have 3 ticket numbers and no resolution.

Lesson learned: don't be young and cool and use a young company like @Betterment to handle your money – protect yourself and go with a safe large company instead. You'll have much less headache and won't get ghosted by their (lack of) customer service. #Nightmare
