@soeckly DM'ed me after the video I posted last week. He apologized for the aftermath of the episode.
He's very good at security so I asked if he could audit the ShipFast codebase. He said, "I won't take any money". I insisted, but he refused.
A few days later, he sent me the security audit. While he didn't find anything critical, he took the time to suggest improvements for security and code quality.

Nothing wrong with this, and quite clever from @marclou.
He is committing to discounting the next X customers. He never claims or implies the discount won’t be extended. Nobody (who is not a hater) is going to complain the discount got extended.
