@flipkartsupport my mom's phone number is used by another person on flip kart and she gets calls from delivery execs. She can also see all the products ordered by that person in my orders. She is in Mumbai while the other person is in bangalore. Please provide a resolution asap

It's funny how Mumbai is the 'Financial Capital' of India but 99% of rickshaw and taxi valas don't accept UPI. Heck, several shops and popular establishments like Rustom Ice Cream and Kyani only deal in cash. Come to Bengaluru and every rickshaw has like 3 different QR codes.

@UberINSupport Unsure what you mean by 'incentivizing them for longer pick-ups'? Is this the reason why drivers who are far away usually accept longer pickups for the incentives, but then call the customer to cancel because it's too far away and pocket the incentive when customer cancels.

@UberINSupport That's the thing. The drivers never cancel. They force you to cancel and until you don't cancel, you can't book another trip. Drivers are well aware of your policies. They also know how to circumvent these policies. I have dmed you two instances of drivers forcing cancellations.
