@VirginAtlantic I can't get a hold of anyone concerning the refund my father and mother deserve on their tickets from the USA. They sadly had to fly home via air ambulance. Can someone direct me where to go? A refund was promised on 13th November. I can't speak anyone!

@wezmiester Ai in medicine is evolutionary. I agree that as a spectator in football it takes all the fun out of the game - as in Tennis. But I'm sure the professionals will disagree with us. As will the patients who are diagnosed with life threatening cancer very very early on.
