Apparently Two-thirds of motorists agree that reducing motorway speed limit to 60 miles per hour is a good thing in order to save fuel.
I don’t know who these people they are supposed to be polling because if I were to be asked I would definitely not agree.
Does anyone else think that reducing the speed will make no difference?
I wouldn’t put it past them that the reason they want to do this is a way of catching out more people for speeding.

@callebtc For 99%, it’s 15%, not 30%. There is a button where you can ask/claim this exemption. Offering sign-in with Apple makes a whole lot of sense for iOS users, especially as it enables anonymous sign-in, which is valued by lots of people.

The Apple App Store rules are borderline illegal.
This isn’t about security. It's not about malware. It's not about user experience.
It’s about control.
- Use Google login? You must add Apple login
- Sell digital products? You must use Apple payments
- Apple takes 30% of your revenue (this is frankly insane)
- You can’t tell users about cheaper prices outside the app
- You can’t use a different payment system like Bitcoin
- Apple can reject your app with vague reasons (or bend over due to political pressure)
- You can’t install apps outside their store (most regions)
They own the platform. They compete with you on it. And you still have to pay them.
