@Mothers_Inst_UK The current Legal Duty of Candour was set up to fail & fail it has - one prosecution in 6 years! What is needed is an individual Legal Duty of Candour [Robbie's Law] for ALL healthcare professionals and employees of the NHS so that the public can seek redress in the Courts!

I don't accept that healthcare professionals fear providing appropriate care & they do not fear lying & falsifying medical records. Most lie because of self-preservation! Sad fact!
