Why is no one saving my poor son from this hell from @UHSussex they lie, cover up, care plans not adhered to, deleterious meds, rip his stomach open in front of my eyes etc etc @CareQualityComm @PHSOmbudsman ignore as do all :( my son wishes he was dead and no one cares.

This is what happens when public bodies stop seeing people as human beings and start seeing them as threats to their reputation. East Lancashire isn’t an “incident”, it’s a blueprint for how institutions conceal wrongdoing when careers and TV optics matter more than truth. When a coroner’s office and a police force collude to bury unlawful deaths, that’s not failure. That’s deliberate corruption. Families were robbed of answers, robbed of time, and robbed of dignity. The moral rot is the same pattern many of us have faced: avoidance, obstruction, and the quiet hope that we’ll give up before the truth comes out. Wes Streeting promised honesty and accountability. Fine, then he must face this head-on, not with platitudes, but with action that finally breaks the culture of cover-up.

Enough is enough. No more, cant tolerate anymore. Unless something is done now the only ones to watch out know who they are and what theve done if it’s not put right now you only have yourselves to blame.

@GBNEWS my son has suffered awfully at @UHSussex for the last 18 years and the @CareQualityComm and @PHSOmbudsman and @sussex_police have been fully aware and done nothing, despite a promised independent inquiry that’s never happened 1/2

They along with all the med neg solicitors do nothing to stop this happening nor do @nhsengland litigation team etc as they all make money out of letting this suffering go on!

if anyone who the public pay to stop these wrong doings by those we pay to care for sick/vulnerable had done anything they should of done these hundreds of families more than likely thousands would have been saved suffering similar along with my poor son. I have all the evidence
