@metrolosangeles Anyway, I do not appreciate how your staff at the Atlantic station made no effort to assist with the technical problem with your kiosk. Your staff's best advice was for me to double pay for a single fare. Never heard of any business double charging.

@metrolosangeles I called earlier and I was given no resolution as the payment was done with cash. There was a long line to load balance, so I was rushed for overpayment rather than a technical support to fix the problem. Can you guys give me my money back?

@metrolosangeles @MTA I tried to pay for my fare with cash at Atlantic gold line, and your kiosk ate my cash without loading balance to my TAP card. I ended up double paying for a single fare because of your poorly maintained kiosk. Can I get my cash back? Thanks if you return the cash back to me

@HillsPet tl;dr “we won’t do anything about it”? Her hostile behavior toward other pets while shouting your brand name is well documented, just an fyi. Can’t have a PAWSome day when your brand ambassador is a pet hater.

@HillsPet, I’d like to file a complaint against one of your ambassador dog, pending commercial shoot for your product per the owner of the dog. Her attitude toward rest of the pets in the veterinary clinic was absurd, makes me think twice about your brand.
