@AlexandriaDVine The opposite for me. I was finally due to start medical transitioning but then this happened and all my appointments are cancelled. Feels like this COVID thing is just to spite me.

@ShuliElisheva I mostly had poor coping mechanisms (nap, eat, spend, avoid) which just paused the depression. The biggest mood changer for me was time, eventually I would bubble back up to a healthy baseline. I guess just try to make that time as painless as possible
