Trying to get a mgr on phone @saks for a .com Xmas purchase I want to return with no help as it’s “outside of return window” so I’m penalized for buying a present early? Was told to call back for a manager but no timeframe to know when they are “available”!

Terrible customer service @neimanmarcus Mailed return back 10 days ago. Called with tracking number to inquire where my refund was. Told I have to wait 3-5 days for them to “find” package that they received! Then was hung up on.

@abbydphillip I really enjoy your show however why does @ScottJenningsKY have resting smug face? Can @CNN get a more affable panel member or at the very least don’t put the camera on him all the time.

@Room_77 @ChoiceHotels Quality inn Fallbrook I-15 is disgusting. Checked out due to unsanitary room. Hotel manager, Nick refused to refund me. Choice hotels would only refund $100. Out of pocket over $250. Horrible customer service. Filing a report with Better Business Bureau.
