@AlexVolloFPL Agreed. I watch a lot of the content creators. They do all the stats and number crunching that I can’t be bothered to do and then I make my own decions. I’m currently ranked in top 4k and a lot of that is thanks to @FPL__Raptor @FPL_Harry @LetsTalk_FPL and @FPLMate

I’ve seen people mocking some FPL content creators for having poor ranks this season, 5M, 7M, whatever. But let’s think this through. The only situation where a content creator’s FPL rank should really bother you is if you’re literally copying their team week after week. If you’re doing that, then yes, their rank directly affects yours, since you’re making the same moves and owning the same players. But if you’re not blindly copying their team and instead just using their reasoning or suggestions to inform your own decisions, then your rank will (and should) differ. It could be worse, but it could also be better. A creator sitting at 7 million overall might still be recommending good players that they themselves don’t own, maybe because your squad structure, transfer priorities, or strategy are different from theirs. The players they highlight might outscore the ones they personally have. Or they might not. That’s the game. The point is: a creator’s current or final rank doesn’t always reflect the quality of their insights. There’s no automatic correlation between rank and advice. I’m just asking for a bit of fairness and constructive discussion. We are absolutely right to question decisions, plans, and reasoning, especially when we pay for that content. But I’m sick of seeing insults dressed up as "constructive feedback" and lazy narratives presented as criticism. This isn’t me defending anyone or evaluating someone’s game, if anything, it’s the opposite. The level of criticism in this community should be way higher, that's why I'm posting this.

@FPLMate Was going to do Jota to Mbeumo and Henderson to Raya but only have 1 ft. No other plans for gw7 so can wait on one transfer or do both now for a hit ??

@chrisnoakes01 Would take a -4 and just get it done if you think you’ll need to make other moves in GW7 If you genuinely have no other plans or ideas for transfers in GW7 then maybe you can just wait

If I didn’t already own him, Eberechi Eze would be the exact kind of player I’d be looking at buying. If he’s in your team, you see him as a “disappointment”. If he’s not, you see him as “points potential”. Time to take the emotion out of it 🧠
