-Buy a home/get married/be frugal
-Contribute mo. savings to $BTC & stks of solid companies - & HOLD
-Keep buying/hope for cheaper prices

@nlw Just marketing - institutions seem to be the target, but they’ll custody anybody’s crypto. But yeah, friendly onboarding for individuals who aren’t comfortable or don’t want to self-custody is needed across the market.
Is there really no company that's tried to carve out crypto custody for HNWI (not just institutions)?
I must be missing something. We can advocate for self-custody till we're blue in the face but it still feels like there would be a market for this, no?
Tax on Billionaires’ Unrealized Gains Will Likely Be in Budget Package, Democrats Say. Forced liquidation of investments with unrealized capital gains is an attack on #Bitcoin. It’s not a billionaire thing. It’s a #Bitcoin thing. Wake up!
Proposing a tax on unrealized capital gains is insane.
Imagine paying taxes on something you haven’t sold just to see it go down afterwards.
I assume that means we can write off unrealized losses, right? Right!?
It's wrong to claim that Bitcoin's price is guaranteed to keep rising as future halvings will reduce supply. 1st, halvings don't reduce supply, but the rate at which supply grows. 2nd, future demand is unknown. There may be none. If so, even one #Bitcoin will be too much supply.
