@amazonIN I've been a prime member for over 3 years. I was supposed to receive an order that i had placed 3 days back, which still hasn't been delivered. Zero communication from Amazon. I think you no longer care about customer service. DISAPPOINTED.

@TheOfficialSBI I'm an account holder at SBI- kovaipudur branch (SBIN0015472). I have been trying to contact my branch via phone for nearly a week. Nobody picks the call. This is by far the most arrogant branch placed in a prime residential hub. #grievance
