@cjtmilner Sorry for the misunderstanding. We've been preparing for the rollout for a while now, as it's a large and complicated project; the deadline to introduce the scheme has been met.

@cjtmilner No, they don't fund NKDC per se - there may be project funds from LCC, but NKDC is mainly funded by government settlements, council tax, housing rents and commercial activity.

@cjtmilner Hi Chris, sorry you're frustrated but it's clear from this picture that there aren't several hundred thousand people on this team. We're delivering this service because it's the law (Env Act 2021). And we're not responsible for potholes, that's LCC. Hope this helps.
