We haven't had the best year with our local fire service @SuffolkFire. 2 full prohibition notices & another avoided at the last moment. However, we've always listened & understood their concerns. We would like our elected representatives to do the same #BuildingSafetyCrisis

Two years ago Churchman House received a B1 EWS1 rating. No waking watch, no fire alarm & no threat of evacuation. New set of eyes looking at the same building in a more detailed way. Waking watch & fire alarm required + threat of evacuation. #BuildingSafetyCrisis

@tomhunt1988 @dannybster @ipswichstar24 Unfortunately @tomhunt1988 at Churchman’s House the lawful ‘responsible person’ is the leaseholder resident’s management company (RMC). The freeholder is not the ‘responsible person’, and is currently refusing any funding, so unless the leaseholders pay, the work cannot be done.
