Germany has always been a leader when it comes to climate finance. At #PetersbergClimateDialogue Chancellor #Merkel should demonstrate Germany’s continued sense of responsibility and solidarity with poorer countries, while climate impacts worsen and Covid-19 rages.

Climate & Development are two sides of a coin. The UK’s hypocrisy in pledging to double climate finance by 2025 while announcing massive cuts to development aid damages its credibility. Now is the time to reverse and rectify this decision. bit.ly/3m6kWF3
