So we lost our beautiful Golden boy, Brody, this morning. It was very fast and unexpected - most likely a ruptured mass in his abdomen. We were extremely lucky to have him for 15.5 years. The house will be empty but our memories of the love and laughter he gave us will remain forever.

Her family is having to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome her due to their daughter needing medical care. This was not an easy choice — they love her deeply. Athena is a 1-year-old Great Pyrenees mix with the sweetest soul. 🐾 Good with kids 🐾 Good with other dogs 🐾 Has never been around cats 🐾 Gentle, loving, and just wants to be close to her people She’s still so young and deserves a safe place where she can feel loved and secure while we help her next chapter. Right now, she doesn’t understand why everything is changing… and we need to make sure she doesn’t lose everything all at once. Hello rescue community 👋As as many of you are aware, Corpus has quite a few dogs on the urgent kill list. We have 10 dogs we are trying to get on our next transport to Canada. (foster homes). If we can get them on the next transport we can pull dogs from Corpus. Each dog costs about $350 to get to canada. So we are asking for donations to get these pups on the next transport. Basically your donation will free up a spot in Texas for a dog that is on the urgent kill list. If we can get all 10 dogs on the next transport we can pull as many as 10 from the kill list.
