(3/n) This is called writing a covered call. And I consider this a risk-free #investment. My trick is to write options so far away from the BBO (best bid and offer) that the chance of my counterparty (the person who traded against me) exercising them is incredibly low.

@therobotjames Use futures and place limit orders. You’re levered to the tits so you can leave most of the capital trading. 10x leverage let’s you trade the remaining 90%. MDD of 3.15% so 10x is fine / can add capital for sustained losses

Hummingbot is great, you can literally use whatever setting and leave it.

The HFT boiz don't want you to know how profitable hummingbot is, so they psyops you into thinking you can't compete without rewriting the TCP/IP stack to use C++ template metaprogramming. Just spin up hummingbot & go play some golf

- gold indexes, silver indexes, etc
- real estate indexes like Shiller home price

Perps are actually a super cool derivative to be used outside of crypto. You don’t even need your index to be an asset, it could literally just be CPI or a housing price index. Now we can have real estate long short funds lol

Is anybody working on a crypto protocol for "dissent discovery"?
For example, I generally think it's silly for adults to exchange Christmas gifts. But don't want to come across as rude or even grinch-like to those who don't feel the same.

Whatever happened to that cloudy kid? I know he was a LARP, but I honestly am disappointed about how the situation was handled. A certain person (won’t name names) doxxed him / ruined his career bc he LARPed and frankly I think he had some interesting ideas/ fresh insights. Sad!

@quant_arb @hrokling i was never even a larp, it's honestly a testament to my skills that i was able to convince so many idiots in this field that i had years of experience. finance isn't hard just a lot of people making it seem harder than it is
