Oh, so that's what those fortune keys were for. I'll adjust I enjoyed using them, but had I known that's what those keys were for, I would've not enjoyed them and would've refused. The only fair (and probably legal) thing to do with items that a customer purchased is to refund them for at least an in-store credit. I can prove that I would've likely pulled at least 3000 acoins, 300k blue coins, and 300 fortune coins from using those gold tickets from past tournament results. That's why I purchased them. I had an expectation from that purchase and you did not give me what I paid for. Imagine paying for a plumber and he thinks washing your car is sufficient service instead.

@clp3777 Hi! The unused Golden Tickets were automatically converted into Fortune Keys after the update. While the exchange rate was not 1:1, Fortune Keys have a high in-game value and can be used toward valuable rewards, including Skins, Credits, and A-Coins.
