Oh here we go — “France is laughing at us” routine, rolled out whenever someone mentions actually doing something practical. Working with France to stop boats before they launch isn’t “giving money away” — it’s basic operational policy. You either fund joint enforcement and smash the smuggling routes upstream, or you sit there shouting at dinghies like it’s border control by vibes. Under Keir Starmer, it’s at least grounded in reality: intelligence-sharing, patrols, disrupting gangs — not the usual performative nonsense that burns cash and fixes nothing. But sure, keep pretending yelling “they’re laughing at us” is a strategy. The traffickers certainly are — just not for the reason you think.

🚨 Starmer is getting ready to sign away ANOTHER £450 million of British taxpayer money to France for “stopping the boats.” Tory and Labour governments have paid £700 million so far, and the boats keep coming in record numbers. The French are laughing at us. Reform would scrap the deal and demand a full refund from the French.
