multiple professional doctors i know who use epic every day have told me directly that the terrible UX of this product has likely cost innumerable lives. 60 yo physicians making 100+ clicks per patient visit will definitely make mistakes if the UI is bad. this company only succeeds because they make it impossible for hospitals/practices to switch.
