@CoachYashinsky Obviously tons of variation on all this, but seems to me that a sail route is 15 yards deep out route while flood is usually a ten yards out. In sail outside receiver runs a skinny post or fade route depending on how the corner is playing it.
3rd n 8= flood
3rd n 12+ = sail

Many players have said it changed how connected the locker room feels.

"The goal is never about winning, the goal is we want to do all the things in our power to have the very best culture in college football in America. For us, here at Harding, that begins and ends with trying to honor God."
Good stuff here from Harding head coach Paul Simmons, you can see why coaches and players are loyal to this program. It starts at the top.
Harding is 15-0 this year and playing for a D2 National Championship this Saturday.
A solid culture goes hand in hand with success.

It’s no accident that as Linus recites scripture & says, “Fear not…”, he drops his security blanket. He always had his blanket. Powerful.
Charles Schwartz knew then. “If we don’t do it, who will?”
We are still faced with that same question every day, even more so now than ever.
There was nothing like a quiet evening with the family and sitting down to watch A Charlie Brown Christmas. There still isn’t. ❤️

"Paul Skenes is gonna win the NL Cy Young award unanimously and deservedly so..
The Pittsburgh Pirates are three bats away from being a playoff team right now..
It's time for Bob Nutting to spend some money and give the Pirates fans what they deserve"

If you want to be a consistent punter, it begins and ends with the drop.
Try the Punter’s Mile: walk around the track trying to make every drop pop back to you at 11 o clock.
-maintain consistent speed
-keep the drop at 11
-drop the ball so it pops back up to you (no flipping over itself)
The combination of consistent walking steps, correct alignment, and a loose arm will start to develop the muscle memory you need for in-game consistency and power.
