@CoachYashinsky Obviously tons of variation on all this, but seems to me that a sail route is 15 yards deep out route while flood is usually a ten yards out. In sail outside receiver runs a skinny post or fade route depending on how the corner is playing it. 3rd n 8= flood 3rd n 12+ = sail

What is the difference between a "Sail" concept and a "Flood" Concept?

If you want to be a consistent punter, it begins and ends with the drop. Try the Punter’s Mile: walk around the track trying to make every drop pop back to you at 11 o clock. -maintain consistent speed -keep the drop at 11 -drop the ball so it pops back up to you (no flipping over itself) The combination of consistent walking steps, correct alignment, and a loose arm will start to develop the muscle memory you need for in-game consistency and power. @OneOnOneKicking
