Same person. 20 weeks apart. I ignored peptides for years because I thought it was all BS. Then I tried: • Retatrutide • Tesamorelin • MOTS-c Biggest surprise wasn’t fat loss. It was energy, recovery, and appetite control.

If you're dealing with nagging injuries or slow recovery, BPC-157 stacked with TB-500 is the biggest cheat code in the game. Period.

Not because of muscle mass Try this: put an insane amount of sugar in your morning coffee. You won't crash Now try the same sweet coffee but with added cream or butter Now you'll crash This is the Randle cycle. Carbs and fats compete for oxidation Anyone can eat as many carbs for breakfast as they want as long as they keep fat low And as a lifter, you should be especially abusing carbs at every chance you have
AP Joshua@Metabolic1992

"I eat 150g carbs for breakfast and still have abs.” Yes bro. You’re an advanced lifter with huge muscle mass and brutal leg days. A hard 90-min compound session can burn through 80–150g carbs and trained muscles become glucose sponges. That advice doesn’t apply to a sedentary person with low muscle, belly fat and insulin resistance. Your carb tolerance is earned.

MOTS-c is cool as fck. Here’s what it is and why I LOVE it. It’s a mitochondrial-derived peptide involved in:
energy regulation
metabolic signaling
glucose utilization
exercise adaptation pathways I experience:
better endurance
better work capacity
better metabolic flexibility
feeling “harder to gas out” Not really a stimulant feeling.
More like your body handling energy demand more efficiently. peak.you 1/4

@_9th_Life_ I had a bad experience. Made me feel emotionally blunted. I tried dosing at 100mcg-350mcg for 2 weeks.

just finished my MOTS-c run after this bulk and since i need a break from it, i started running SS-31 while cutting. currently doing 2.5 mg and may work up to 5 mg over the next few weeks depending on recovery and energy output. honestly SS-31 might quietly be one of the most important peptides for long term health optimization. what makes it so interesting is that it directly targets mitochondrial health, which affects basically everything: energy recovery metabolism heart health brain function aging and cellular resilience at a foundational level the research around heart protection, kidney protection, liver support, and oxidative stress is honestly really interesting too. some studies have even looked at its potential role in reducing mitochondrial damage tied to aging and chronic disease, which is why so many people in the longevity space are paying attention to it right now. i think the future of peptides is going way beyond just “fat loss” and “muscle growth.”

@kalos21million Get your blood work done for zinc, copper, and ceruloplasmin. As long as everything is balanced you shouldn’t experience “the copper uglies.”

The benefits of GHK-Cu are insane: - In human trials, it increased collagen 51% in 3 months - Outperformed vitamin C AND retinoic acid for collagen - Beat Matrixyl 3000 (a leading anti-aging peptide) by 31.6% wrinkle reduction - Resets 31% of the human genome - Triggers cancer cells' natural self-destruct mechanism Yet most people only see it as a "skincare ingredient."
Peptime@ItsPeptime

GHK-Cu is in my top 3 peptides The only reason it’s not as popular is because of how long it takes to produce the desired results Have patience people!

So far, I've done BPC157. 2 cycles of it. Currently on KLOW and Reta. today is day 13. I intend on trialing this stack for 60 days before adding another peptide. What peptide would you recommend adding to this stack and why? What markers would you track?
