Kita ngalamin yang namanya Inflasi Pendidikan. Gelar S1 zaman now itu nilainya udah setara sama ijazah SMA zaman dulu karena hampir semua orang bisa kuliah. Efeknya, HRD jadi kebingungan ngefilter lautan sarjana ini. Solusinya? Mereka nyiptain rintangan ala Ninja Warrior atau Hunger Games (Online Test berlapis, FGD/LGD, presentasi kasus, psikotes berjam-jam). Proses ribet itu berevolusi bukan karena kerjaannya butuh skill yang bagus, tapi semata-mata buat nge-eliminasi ribuan kandidat dengan cepet aja. 🤓 Supply and Demand buat lapangan pekerjaan disini juga jomplang banget cik. Supply tenaga kerja di Indo kata GIBRAN membludak ruah, sedangkan lapangan kerjanya seret. Dampaknya? Karena tahu yang butuh kerja itu ada jutaan orang, perusahaan seenaknya melempar beban biaya penyeleksian ke pelamar. 👹 Kalo dibandingin di US atau di Eropa mah proses rekrutmen rata-rata straight to the point. Kirim CV/Resume - Screening (via telepon) - Interview (1 atau 2 kali sama user/manager) - Offering. Tes aneh-aneh berjam-jam atau MCU sampai disuruh puasa dan bugil itu jatuhnya red flag dan bisa kena tuntutan pelanggaran privasi malahan di US/Eropa. KECUALI lu daftar masuk militer, kerja di lab berbahaya, atau buruh fisik berat. Di Indo? Daftar staf admin entry level aja MCU-nya kayak mau dikirim dinas ke daerah konflik 💀
