More than 350 million vertebrate animals are killed by human driven vehicles every year. In general, autonomous vehicles are much better than humans at dodging animals.

@MarkBrooksArt @PeteyMcMuffin69 @EoinHiggins_ IMHO if you watch the video, this looks like Pretti was reaching back. This is immediately before the first shot. I personally think the shooter saw the gun be removed but was a PAB and shot because he was poorly trained.

@MBonvoyAssist it appears me and my travel companion were both charged destination fees, etc for the same place. And a $200 hold appears to still be active on my companion's credit card, even though travel was completed 2 weeks ago.

Tesla’s own Vehicle Safety Report states it counts only crashes “in which an airbag or active restraint deployed,” & excludes incidents “where no airbag or other active restraint deployed.” This means interventions or near-misses without deployment aren’t included.

In Q3 2025, we recorded 1 crash for every 6.36 million miles driven in which drivers were using Autopilot technology
By comparison, the most recent data available from NHTSA & FHWA (from 2023) shows that in the United States there was an automobile crash approximately every 702,000 miles
