Curious if anyone in the #IDTwitter community has any stability data for using Emtricitabine + TDF past the 6 weeks from opening the sealed bottle that is mentioned on Gilead and generic manufacturers respective websites?

@PharmDFarmD @Dimphotericin_P It does, I found this odd having been a recent resident and now being a preceptor writing these letters. Puts the preceptor in a weird position. I approached it same as others mentioned in above replies. Keeping it general, with no identifiers.

@Dimphotericin_P Think the LOR asks how they compare to residents, students from their school and others, but certainly not directly.

Hey #RxPreceptors, LOR writers, is it normal to compare two students in one LOR? It seems a little unprofessional IMO.

Is anyone stressed pursuing PSLF? I am terrified to do it.. my payments would be SIGNIFICANTLY (like almost $1,500) less than traditional repayment even with a high income. But I don’t know if I can take thinking about the risk that I’ll be taking if it’s not forgiven

The bone concentration is really problematic though and has yet to be compellingly linked to clinical outcomes. Bones are generally well-perfused and when they aren’t it’s usually because they need resection. I’m not willing to be swayed by the PK data alone 🤷🏻‍♂️
