Always visit official link sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/other/… check the identity, phone number & email id. 2. Call on official number or email to verify if you are dealing with right person 3. SEBI RAs - do not promise returns- high or low, do not share past performance, do not manage your money. 4. SEBI RAs- do not charge fee in cash, do not ask money in own trading account for management. 5. They only provide you research for informed decisions with price point- entry, stop loss & target. 6. Impersonators/fraudster can copy SEBI RAs logo, photo or show similar name. Always verify before paying any fee or joining any telegram/whats app channel. Whereas the channel of genuine creators like @Intelisytrading is getting shut down channels in the name of policies which are not even clear. These genuine creators are trying to make a positive impact but their efforts are going into vain.. years of hardwork was closed overnight. Trust @YouTube @TeamYouTube, if this is how you want to work in India... be ready for a movement from Genuine creators that will make sure you change and support genuine creators else be ready to face the music. @DrNikhilMD Absolutely right... Few people will always look for cheaper alternative and reach to a point of no return.. Sugar/diabetes need super disciplined care and regular reviews.. Otherwise it becomes damaging to entire body.. Good you refunded and didnt do anything unsafe/unethical

Today in my OPD a 50 year old patient came. Pt: “Sugar ki dawai likh do.” Me: “Sugar kab se hai” Pt: “15 saal se” Me: “Kaunsi dawai le rahe ho” Pt: “Koi dawai nahi le raha… kaafi time se” Me: “Kitne time se” Pt: “10 saal se” Me: “Kyunn” Pt: “Ayurvedic le raha tha” Me: “Sugar last kab check kiya tha” Pt: “Saalo ho gaye” On asking further he had symptoms suggesting neuropathy gastroparesis and even some pedal edema possibly early nephropathy. I advised basic tests like HbA1c FBS PPBS Urine ACR KFT and Lipids. Pt: “Test west rehne do sir. Faltu kharcha karwate ho. Bas strong wali dawai likh do aur Mai khate rhunga.” I explained that it does not work like that. So many years of uncontrolled sugar damage nerves, kidneys, heart aur nuksaan already dikh raha hai. He was not interested in listening. I finally checked an RBS just to get some baseline. It came 493. I again tried to explain him Ki sugar level jyada hai ek bar thik se evaluate krwa lo but he said “Aapko dawai likhni hai to likho nahi to fee wapas kar do. Main kahin aur dikhwa lunga.” At that point I knew I could not prescribe blindly and he did not want proper evaluation & follow up. To avoid unsafe care I asked my assistant to refund him. And was I right or wrong? Honestly I feel I did the only safe and ethical thing because treating a patient without proper assessment is far worse than stepping back when they refuse necessary care. What's your take on thisthis

Very sad news CA Khushboo Pariyani a young Chartered Accountant left for her heavenly abode. She was working with ICICI Bank at Mumbai, she was hit by a tanker while crossing the road on 6th November at BKC . Khushboo was a hardworking girl hailing from a small Town Malkapur , Dist Buldhana. May god give sadgati to her noble soul and courage to her bereaved family to bear this huge loss. As she was crossing from the BKC police station side towards the ICICI Bank side, the signal turned green. The tanker driver accelerated as the signal turned green, and the vehicle hit her on the left side, causing her to fall and sustain severe head injuries as per Free press journal news.
