Disciplining the press into parroting the dem party line through finances or social pressure will only make the press less relevant to those you’d want to convince.

You really think people, especially real estate professionals, can’t tell the difference between Class A and C? There is some degree of subjectivity but as a shorthand for “good”, “better”, “best”, categorization by Class works just fine. “High rent” is completely subjective and the meaning can vary from person to person.

It would expose schools to expensive lawsuits n force them to justify women only sport. Simplest most moderate approach let local governments decide.
