I've read the full ITIA decision on Simona Halep's 4-year ban for doping. I urge everyone interested in the case to do the same. It is very detailed, and the ITIA seriously considered a 6-year ban but rejected it Halep plans to appeal to CAS itia.tennis/media/bb0i20p5… #getty
