In ICE’s holding facility in Baltimore, the Trump Administration is packing dozens and dozens of people shoulder-to-shoulder like sardines, 24-7 with no breaks, no showers and one group toilet. No one wants their family stuffed into a putrid locker room. With tens of billions of taxpayer dollars, ICE can do better.
