Suggested Voter Amendment Only living Registered United Sates Citizens can vote in elections. All citizens must be 21 years of age, or prove they understand how our government and economy works and understand our Constitution. Election day must be a federal holiday. All voter records must be cleaned up and election equipment must be approved by registered voters 30 days before the election. All votes must be counted by 2am the following day. For non-citizens to become citizens they must demonstrate the following. Must have no criminal record, domestic or foreign. Must speak English. They must demonstrate an understanding of the US Constitution, and how our government works. They must have an honest understanding of American history. All driver's licenses must state citizen or non-citizen and registered voter on the license. Only US citizens may contribute to a candidate’s campaign. With a maximum per citizen of a contribution of $5000 for a President, Senator, or a House member. A maximum of $1500 For Governor or state representatives. As for local representatives, $500 maximum. This should be setup so American Citizens can buy their elected representatives and are all equal. All legislation must be put on the internet or in some form of media that will read out the legislation. With the legislation being set up so line-item information can be seen or read. Then registered voters can decide what part of the legislation they want to be governed by. This should include cost estimates, where the money will come from, who sponsored the legislation, its effect on the budget and the effect on American people. When 51% of the registered voters in federal, state, or local government sign a petition to debate a piece of legislation, congress, state, or local government must take it up immediately. This legislation may come from the people themselves. Also, when 51% of registered voters in federal, state, or local government sign a petition to have a government official removed from office then a new appointment or election must take place immediately. This Voter Amendment, and the passage of H.R. 25 will put the registered voters in control of the United States of America, and we American’s will still have a republic.

Benefits of Final Consumption Taxation The American people will receive their entire paycheck as spendable income. This includes withholding taxes, social security withholding, there would be no taxes on any income. The only time we would pay taxes is when we made a purchase. These taxes would be collected at the checkout counter or by the seller. Sellers of our purchases should reduce their costs by at least 22 to 25%, as their cost would come down by the same percentage costs, their cost being taxes, legal fees, government lobbing, etc. related to Companies taxes. Plus, by removing the IRS it would reduce costs to the taxpayer by $425 billion (about $1,300 per person in the US) in tax preparation. With no taxes on business – there is $17 trillion (about $52,000 per person in the US) that would be invested in the U.S.A, plus, it is estimated that 80% of foreign businesses would move to America. Good paying jobs would be available to all Americans. The most important idea would be that the American People would have control over government spending. With the proper voting laws, we, the American People could control government spending. There is a bill H.R. 25 which you can download from the internet (in a search engine type in hr. 25 and it will come up) H.R. 25 would make the transition from an income tax system to a consumption tax system highly likely. Under a consumption tax system our growth rate would be at least 5% and probably more. We would be able to control inflation and pay off the federal debt as well as our own debts. Our standard of living would improve considerably. As it did under the Trump Presidency!!

My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won on Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refuses to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed. Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, “on time, on schedule,” with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control “Nut Job,” who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand - CASE OVER! You need couple of things. Only paper ballots are used for election, a fingerprint must be on ballot to be counted, once the voting over all ballots will be at counting center no later than 9pm and counting starts at 9 pm sharp no ballots can enter the counting center after 9pm.

@bryant_ann67006 At a maximum of $5000 per federal campaign that would mean that the politician would have to come to the citizen for fundes. If the politician were not there for the people, he would not get any money.
