@shouldveknown11 @Maddyson2021 If I want an extra boost during the day ,I put 1/2 tsp of baking soda and 1/2 tsp of Celtic Salt into a very large glass of water and drink.

@Maddyson2021 @contrarymaryq1 It is! Make it an electrolyte drink with lemon and a little sugar.

The amount of programming that it took to convince us that salt is bad. I now add a tsp of salt to my lemon water every morning.

The thing about the Luxury Marmite Sandwich account is it's parody. It's not dirty politics in the familiar sense of planting a story for political purposes. No one believes, having watched those clips, that Luxon does those things. More like cartoons than trolling.
