No matter how much time you put in with your partner, a lot of women cannot stand it when a man can find enjoyment in something that does not involve them. If the dude is a bum and it's an addiction to the point he neglects his responsibilities, then I understand, but we know that is never the case when it comes to these kinds of discussions. My female cousin cannot stand her boyfriend playing video games. What matters is balance. If the bills are paid, the kids are handled, the relationship is not being ignored, and the house is not falling apart, playing a game is just playing a game.
