@TUIUK hi, can you tell me why, when I go in to Manage my booking and look at room upgrades, this shows as £0.23 but when I click through, the price of my holiday increases by £188? Other room types are all +£ so it’s not an error on all

@SkyHelpTeam hi, I’ve been trying to look at upgrading my broadband for a few weeks but every time I try to do it in the app I get this pop up saying there’s an outstanding balance, but there isn’t! Can you advise?
